Service by phone
We take service requests by phone only. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Describing a problem to the dispatcher does not create a work order until a plumber confirms the job and the price with you.
Quotes and pricing
Prices depend on access, the condition of existing pipe, parts and the work needed. A plumber gives you a clear price before work starts. If the scope changes after work begins, the plumber explains why before continuing.
Licensing and permits
Work is performed by licensed plumbers. You can verify any plumber on the Utah Division of Professional Licensing lookup. Permits are pulled where the work requires one.
Website content
